We offer three annual plans designed for adults, patients with periodontal disease and children under age 14. Depending on the plan and services used, members may save up to 50% on children’s care and up to 40% on adult care.
How Our Membership Plan Works

- Our dentists will evaluate your oral health and recommend the plan that best matches your preventive or periodontal needs.
- Pay the discounted member rate when treatment is provided. Automatic annual payment options may also be available.

Membership Plan Options
General Membership
For patients age 14 and older
$499 per year
New patients may save over 40% ($346), while existing patients may save over 30% ($215) on recommended routine oral health care.
Includes:
- Two dental exams
- Two dental cleanings
- Two fluoride treatments
- One emergency exam
- All necessary X-rays
Additional member savings:
- Up to two oral cancer screenings
- Up to two periodontal screenings
- 30% off in-office teeth whitening
- 10% off Invisalign® clear aligners
- 10% off implants, implant crowns and implant abutments
- 15% off other eligible dental treatment
Periodontal Membership
For adults with periodontal disease
$799 per year
New patients may save over 40% ($455), while existing patients may save over 30% ($335) on recommended routine periodontal care.
Includes:
- Two dental exams
- Three to four periodontal maintenance cleanings
- Two fluoride treatments
- One emergency exam
- All necessary X-rays
Additional member savings:
- Up to two oral cancer screenings
- Up to two periodontal screenings
- 30% off in-office teeth whitening
- 10% off Invisalign® clear aligners
- 10% off implants, implant crowns and implant abutments

Children’s Membership
For children under age 14
